Within this site, my full portfolio details and outlines the highlights of my journey through the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program at Gonzaga University. I began my studies at Gonzaga in September of 2013, with the idea that this would supplement my undergraduate studies in Business Administration and give me an opportunity to learn more about how to take my leadership skills to the next level with a focus on personal and career growth. Graduated in May of 2016, I've now had the chance to learn about conflict management, negotiation, servant leadership, change management, organizational relationship management, public relations and communication tactics, creativity and imagination in the workplace, and many more ideas. This is a preview of what is further detailed in this site, and the above tabs outline some of my course artifacts and highlights, along with my leadership project that allowed my to fully apply and use what I have learned in my classes with this program.
